Breakfast: Oats Porridge
Lunch: Rye sandwich with fat-free cottage cheese, and small salad
Dinner: Sweet and sour chicken steam fry (yesterday), Shepherdess Pie (tonight)
Sweet and sour chicken steam fry
Steam fry chicken cubes (100 g) in a tsp olive oil and 2 tbsp water. Add chopped onion, garlic and green pepper. Add sauce: 2 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp pineapple juice, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp white cider. Add pineapple pieces (canned) and carrots (sliced). Simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Shepherdess Pie
Steam fry chopped onion and crushed garlic in a tsp olive oil and 2 tbsp water. Add 100 g soya mince, 200 g canned tomatoes, 1 tsp soy sauce, and simmer for 20 minutes. Place in baking tray and cover with mashed potatoes (300 g), and sesame seeds. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
Snacks: almonds, fruit
Drinks: Water, herbal teas
