Drink your way to good health!

No no, not alcohol! Tea! Green tea, to be more specific.  I don't drink tea. I used to, a long, long, long, time ago, but not anymore. So it is ironic that I'm posting about it. While I may not like tea, I would like to share the benefits of drinking Green tea.
Benefits:

  • Combats cancer
  • Protects your heart
  • Helps prevent strokes
  • Promotes weight loss
  • Kills bacteria
