Diet Week 2: Day 4 and 5

Day 4
Breakfast: Porridge
Lunch: Fatburner baked potato with cottage cheese
Dinner: Dhall with brown rice and streamed broccoli

Dhall: 100 g red lentils, 1 cup water, 1 small onion, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tomatoes, 1 heaped tsp curry powder, 1 tsp veg. stock
Rinse lentils well. Add 1 cup water to pot, with lentils, chopped garlic and onions. Allow to boil, then simmer for 20 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes, curry powder, and stock, and mix continuously, allowing to cook for 30 minutes.

Drinks: Herbal tea, Water
Snacks: Apple, Banana

Day 5
Breakfast: Porridge
Lunch: Fatburner sandwich (Rye toast with watercress and fat-free cottage cheese)
Dinner: Grilled Chicken (with salad)

Drinks: Herbal tea, Water
Snacks: Apple, Banana
